Becoming Her includes 4 modules that build on each other to help you shift from burnout to inner alignment:
MODULE 1: THE FOUNDATION
You reconnect with yourself and finally understand the beliefs, patterns, and thoughts that have shaped your burnout. You learn what self-love, self-worth, and self-trust truly mean — and how they show up in every part of your life: health, relationships, money, career.
MODULE 2: COMMITMENT
You stop abandoning yourself and make a sacred vow to choose YOU. You learn why overachievers struggle to rest, say no, and trust their own needs — and you begin rewriting the stories that have held you back.
MODULE 3: CONSISTENCY
This is where everything shifts. You build daily self-love through simple practices: journaling, grace, thought-shifting, appreciation, and emotional awareness. You learn how to talk to yourself in a way that builds you up — not breaks you down.
MODULE 4: CONGRUENCE
You step into alignment. You learn boundaries, energy audits, and how to stop doing things out of guilt or “shoulds.” You start living as the woman you’re becoming — not the woman burnout shaped.

I built this course from the deepest parts of my own healing. I know what burnout feels like. I know what it’s like to look successful while falling apart inside. I know the freedom that comes when you learn to love yourself from the inside out.
